Dardwin Paulino-Oliveras, 19, of the first block of North Mary Street in Lancaster, is going to an SCI for three to six years; Izaiah Glover, 17, of the first block of East Farnum Street also in Lancaster is going for two to four years, the DA explained.

When the pair were 17-years-old, they, along with a 15-year-old boy, shoved a handgun into a man's chest and forced him and a passenger out of a car in the 600 block of South Plum Street in Lancaster in May 2023, as detailed in the release. " The three then stole the victim’s phone and attempted to steal the victim’s car but were unable to start the vehicle," the DA wrote, noting that one of the victim's calling 911 led police to the teens.

Paulino-Olivares and Glover entered a negotiated plea agreement and were sentenced, based on guidelines, on Aug. 12, 2024, according to the DA.

Judge Merrill Spahn sentenced Paulino-Oliveras, Glover, and the third juvenile defendant who were all charged by law as adults with robbery, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, robbery of a motor vehicle, and possession of a firearm by a minor. However, the charges for the third juvenile defendant who was 15 at the time were resolved in the juvenile justice system.
